Getting bigger

Had another perinatal appointment today to check on Tate.  Great news, the amniotic fluid is back up into the normal level.  Tate weighed in at 5lbs 7oz today.  Either he is going to be huge, or he is coming early.  Lily was only 6lbs 4oz at birth.  I am still at zero weight gain - so I am hopeful I will look like a super model after the delivery.  That is until I have about 15 milkshakes, 5 chocolate cakes and 3 bottles of Chardonnay to celebrate.

Tate's delivery has been scheduled.

Just got a call from the Dr.  We are scheduled for delivery on Monday, September 12th at 12:45pm.  They have told us to arrive at Northside 2 hours before that.

Keep your fingers crossed that Tate does not decide to make a one day earlier appearance.

Maybe a football player after all?

We had another ultrasound today. Tate is weighing in at 4lbs 3 oz. Since I'm still overall down 3lbs, I assume he is eating all our food No pictures to post. You couldn't really see much from them. We were told that we are lacking in the amniotic fluid department, most likely a lingering issue from the dehydration stay in the hospital. I have a strict Rx of more water at all times.

BTS with a Phenom ...

Exclusive to AliandBilly is a rare glimpse behind the scenes with a cultural phenom as she moves through her process of conceiving and realizing an idea. But the maestro isn't all avant garde all the time. She does find time to relax between inspirations. Here she can be seen riding her famed nameless zebra - a beast tamed by the same firm and sure hands that challenged our minds with "Applesauce in the Hair" and "Mark My Face, Mark Your Floor." Mlle Lillian recently quoted to the Oxford American, "New York is for suckers, Alpharetta is where it happens." And we here at AliandBilly couldn't agree more.

The wine cellar is installed!!

It took 3 guys, but the wine cellar has finally made the trip from the lake to the house in Alpharetta.  You can see that we have a ways to go before we have it full to capacity.  Any contributions to that effort will be accepted.

The Buck-Toothed Hula Girl

I don't think she's really buck-toothed. It's probably the light coming from a less-than-optimal angle. Besides, it's probably not polite of me to point out the buck-toothedness of the hula girl. Though I'm sure she'd remark on my retreating cheveux.

Enough about that. Notice how Carl is being held down and forced to eat the yogurt. Again, what's going on at that school? If Lil takes the van out to score a fudgesicle, her mother is going to be in deep doo doo - or I think the accepted phrase around here is poop. Either way, the timeout chair will be getting warm.
