I drive.

Lily climbed into the driver's seat at school today and told me that "I drive". It was cute, as you can see. It was cute, until I put her back in her carseat and she lost her mind, planked herself, and screamed, "I drive" and "my car keys" the whole way home. Maybe I should have just let her drive.

Gingerbread House

Ali and Lily made a gingerbread house today - no one cried. Upon final inspection there were no code violations to be found so it will be allowed to remain standing. Activities such as this are refered to as "mother-daughter bonding."

What we've been doing.

So for the last 2 days we've done a ton. We went to see Santa. Here's a before shot to prove the kids were happy. Then we decorated for Christmas. Cooked 4 dishes for Thanksgiving. Bought and put up a new tv for the kids. And, lastly, rearranged the playroom, once again.
